Unfortunately Sogyal Rinpoche is unable to join us in Adelaide this year, however, we do encourage you to take the opportunity and attend the Sydney Public Weekend if at all possible.

Rigpa Adelaide also runs a number of courses on both Meditation and Buddhist studies. One of which is starting in March:

FINDING PEACE IN THE MODERN WORLD – An Introduction to Tibetan Buddhist Teachings and Meditation Practice based on teachings by Soygal Rinpoche.

This course will be offered from Thursday March 25 – April 29 at the Rigpa Centre in Norwood, 3/6 Montrose Avenue, from 7.15.
Students will be introduced to teachings on meditation, compassion and loving kindness, and the mind, given guidance as to how to practice calm abiding meditation , as well as having space for questions and group discussion.
