Annual Retreat at Myall Lakes

Led directly by Rinpoche, the 10 day retreat at Myall Lakes (near Forster in NSW) is set in a tranquil natural environment beside Wallis Lake.
With teachings from Rinpoche, group and personal meditation practice, presentations by Rinpoche's senior students, as well as study and periods of silence - this is a rare opportunity to experience, integrate, and stabilise the teachings in an environment of retreat.
The retreat is open to everyone. You do not have to be a Buddhist practitioner to attend this event.
With his gift for presenting the heart essence and flavour of Tibetan Buddhism in a way that is both authentic and relevant to the modern mind, Sogyal Rinpoche is one of the most renowned teachers of our time. The atmosphere that Rinpoche creates is one of incredible warmth, love and penetrating insight - as if he were speaking directly to the heart of each and every person present.
