Natural Great Peace
'Beyond our disquiet and neurotic thoughts lies a simple, wise and
compassionate way of being that transcends any limitation we might
impose on ourselves. Meditation is the means through which we can
peel away any such negativity and open to the space of our innermost
nature. When the mind calms and settles we let go of our confusion
and distraction without effort. Ultimately we can discover how to “rest
in natural great peace” - and to rest in the mind of the Buddha.'
This course is about meditation and the essence of Buddhism. It is open to people who have not previously attended any Rigpa course.
For students
continuing from "Finding Peace" and "Ancient Wisdom", this
course deepens the teachings on meditation and the Buddhist path. It can also
deepen your meditation practice and the integration of the teachings and practice
in your life.
Begins Monday 21 July 7.15pm - 9.30pm
This 10 week course concludes Monday 29 September
