Finding Peace in the Modern World - An Introduction to Tibetan Buddhist Teachings and Meditation Practice
- This introductory course will commence on Tuesday, 3rd February 2009
Parallel Program
- The new 1st year Parallel Program will commence on Monday, 2nd February (For those who have already covered the introductory courses)
- The 3rd year Parallel Program will commence on Wednesday, 4th February
Meditation Practice Sessions
- These sessions are an opportunity to practice together. All are welcome and basic guidance is offered. Please check this site in February for advice on session times.
