Monthly Rigpé Yeshé daysEach month we hold an afternoon session for children and teenagers at the Rigpa Sydney Centre. The session includes meditation and dharma teachings and a creative activity each month such as calligraphy, aikido and making meditation cushions or malas. Parents are encouraged to come with their children and participate in the activities. Dates: Saturday afternoon on the day before Sangha Day. The sessions usually run from April through to December. 2.30 - 3.30 for all ages Cost: Depends on activity but usually one child $5, two $8, three $10 Venue: Rigpa Sydney To register please contact fiona.clarke@bigpond.com.
